- IUI is artificial insemination of specially processes sperms into uterine cavity around the time of ovulation.

- During semen processing the semen is washed & processed to separate healthy sperms from seminal plasma , other blood cell ,any viral or bacterial contamination & dead / poor quality sperms.

- These inseminated sperms reach fallopian tube by natural swimming movement & are expected to fertilize the oocyte in natural way.
